To meet the challenge of BEQ Technology’s exponential growth, we are looking for a technician to repair and commission charging stations.

JOB DESCRIPTION
As a charging station repair and commissioning technician, you will be responsible for:
- Installing, commissioning, and repairing charging stations for our commercial and residential customers.
- Providing customer service in the event of technical issues and offering effective and professional support.
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to charging stations, electrical networks, and connected systems.
- Performing tests and software updates on equipment.
- Traveling regularly to customer sites across the province to ensure the proper functioning of installations.
REQUIRED PROFILE
We are looking for someone who is:
- Hands-on and resourceful, able to quickly diagnose and resolve problems.
- Comfortable with new technologies (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, RFID, charge management).
- Able to communicate and provide customer service in French and English.
- With excellent customer service skills, demonstrating patience, courtesy, and professionalism.
- With good analytical skills and able to work independently.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in electricity, electronics, or technical equipment repair (an asset).
- Knowledge of electric vehicle charging infrastructure (a plus).
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability and availability to travel regularly throughout the province.
